1. Products & Orders

All our items are handcrafted and made from solid wood. Due to the nature of the materials, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur.

Custom and bespoke orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable once confirmed.

Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

Almers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors in pricing, availability, or other reasons.

2. Payment

We accept payments via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or other approved methods listed at checkout.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery within Pretoria and surrounding areas. Shipping fees will be calculated based on your location and product size.

Standard lead time for orders is 7 to 10 working days from the date of payment, depending on order volume and production schedule.

Delivery times may vary. We will communicate estimated delivery dates with you directly.

Almers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

If approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Proof of damage (photos) may be required to process a claim.

5. Product Care

Wood is a natural material and responds to its environment. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures to ensure the longevity of your piece.

Care instructions are available upon request and should be followed to maintain product quality.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information shared with Almers will be used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website are the property of Almers and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

Almers reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
